2012 Enrollment Fees

LifeLaunch™ Program - $2595

Enrollment Policy

The fees for the LifeLaunch™ Program include continental breakfasts, celebration dinner, and last day lunch, but exclusive of other meals and lodging. A spouse or partner can attend at a 10% discount.

This program almost always fills up in advance, so be sure to call early enough to assure yourself a place. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Register now to reserve a place with a deposit of $1250. MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express are accepted. The full payment must be made 45 days before the program begins.  PLEASE NOTE: If you register 10 days or less prior to the start date of the program, a $100.00 fee will be added to your total to cover administrative costs.
