Master Coach Training Series Schedule

Brief Description

In our Master Coach Program you will:
  • Experience the power of an intimate learning circle of master's level coaches
  • Strengthen your coaching skills
  • Deepen your awareness of ‘self as coach' and use of self
  • Shift from ‘expert' to a learner stance in the company of other outstanding coach colleagues
  • Learn and practice new modalities and approaches to facilitate change
  • Try out using two assessments relevant to the work of coaching
  • Engage in real-time supervised coaching
  • Engage in video-taped coaching supervision
  • Increase your EQ and ability to coach EQ issues
  • Develop and engage in a regular mindfulness practice throughout the program
  • Develop a position paper articulating your view of coaching or a particular focus area in coaching leaders

Who Should Apply

Seasoned professionals with significant life experience who have graduated from an accredited coaching program, have at least three to five years experience coaching leaders, and wish to challenge themselves to a higher level of excellence in leadership and executive coaching.

Criteria for Admissio n to the Program 

  • Successful completion of a thorough coach training program (ACTP approved school or academic institution)
  • Completion of Hudson's foundational program – LifeLaunch™
  • Graduation from The Hudson Institute Coach Certification Program or completion of Hudson's Coaching Fundamentals training (extra fee)
  • At least three to five years of coaching experience
  • Evidence that coaching is an important part of your current professional identity
  • An ability to articulate both your strengths and your growing edges
  • Willingness to fully engage in a non-competitive collegial community
  • One client reference
  • Approval of program application at least 30 days prior to commencement of training

Coach Leader Faculty

The 2010 Class will be led by seasoned coach facilitators, Pam McLean, PhD, MCC, and Sandy Smith, MA, MCC.  Pam and Sandy have been facilitating our Coach Certification Classes for the past ten years and provide a powerful mixture of coach practitioner experience and coach education and development expertise.

Tuition

Master Coach Program: $6995-our first program is available to Hudson Coaches only and at a 20% discount.
Deposit - $3000. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the start of the first session.

Completion Requirements

  • Participation in monthly coaching clinics, webBoard learning center, and calls with a designated mentor coach
  • Completion of self-assessment instrument, review with assessment coach, and creation of wri tten implications statement
  • Submission of taped coaching sessions for review by a master coach
  • Successful completion of two consecutive ons ite sessions
  • Oral presentation of a case study during an onsite session accompanied by a written paper

CCEUs Provided
You will earn 57.25 Continuing Education Units for completion of both parts of the program.
