Pamela McLean, Ph.D., presented The Coaching Continuum: From Coaching Mindset to Full Engagement at the HR Strategic Forum on October 14, 2008. The event was held at the Columbia Tower Club, 75th Floor in Seattle, WA, and was attended by 100 HR professionals from major corporations who realize the impact of coaching in business and are increasingly incorporating coaching into their organizations.
