Coaching Female Leaders - a three-hour special event was held at the Women’s Center for Applied Leadership on October 14, 2009.  The presentation by Dr. Pamela McLean, CEO of The Hudson Institute, focused on how women leaders can develop a signature presence as they expand their influence in organizations.  

Women's Center for Applied Leadership (WCAL) is a non-profit organization that exists to create educational programs and hands-on experiences for women who demonstrate leadership potential. It serves to help women develop their executive abilities in business, government, education, politics and non-profit organizations.
